At Sevenhills Wholefoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium superfoods. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the product is unopened and in its original condition, then securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package back to us using a tracked shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
